Indoor skateparks are difficult to keep afloat, and this one relies on more than 30 volunteers to stay open.

There’s a shared drive to create a space where people can skate year-round. Skating supports mental and physical health, and the Warehouse reflects that spirit. It hosts queer, SEN-friendly and girls-only sessions, pipe and slipper nights for over-30s, and Junior Jams for under-10s.

It’s a rare and valuable space, held together by a community driven by something bigger than themselves.
